Yoko Sakai Bryden

I live outside Boston with my husband and three boys. I’ve traveled to many parts of the world, gained an understanding of different cultures, and tasted all kinds of foods. I’ve also studied anthropology and art.

All of these experiences have contributed to my interest in exploring foods from various countries and cultures. I am a food educator and consultant. I teach cooking classes and work with numerous Japanese corporate clients on recipe development and market research.

My instruction emphasizes discovering global cuisines, using seasonal ingredients, and promoting healthy living.
