Grilled Summer Vegetables and Mushroom Salad

Recently, I received my first crate of vegetables from a CSA farm share, so I made this tasty gorgeous salad. Below is the recipe.

I used local chestnut mushrooms, but any wild mushroom will work. Also, feel free to add or replace with any vegetable in season.

Grilled Summer Vegetables and Mushroom Salad

Course: Salad
Servings: 4 people


  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 1/2 lb Wild mushroom
  • 1/4 lb Fava beans
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cup arugula


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic grated
