1 can tuna (5oz=142g),
Seasoning for tuna (5 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp water)
4 egg
Seasoning for eggs (4 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp sake, 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tbsp canola oil
2 handful snap pea or snow pea
Cooked rice (4 portions)


I am originally from Japan and have been living in the US for about 20 years. Over the past 20 years I have traveled to many different parts of the world, seen different cultures, and tasted all kinds of interesting food. In between I studied anthropology, art and interior design. I currently live outside Boston and I teach cooking in continuing education programs and at home.
