Soy Marinated Horseradish
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb fresh horseradish
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
Instructions
  1. Peel horseradish using a vegetable peeler, and cut into pieces.

  2. Place horseradish pieces in a food processor, and grind until is finely chopped. Add soy sauce and sake, and process until horseradish is finely ground.

  3. Transfer to a jar. It will keep for at least 1 month in the refrigerator.
