bunch watercress
washed and cut into bite sizes

red onion
thinly sliced

imitation crab sticks
shredded

sour cream

mirin

wasabi
Instructions
Whisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with wasabi dressing, and serve immediately.
