Essence of Japan is a small business with limited seating, and this policy is designed to help us keep running classes. Reservations are transferable to your family or friends anytime.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks
Full tuition will be refundable.
Cancellations between 2-4 weeks
50% of your tuition will be refundable.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks
Your tuition will not be refundable

If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will get full tuition refund.
