朝ごはん BREAKFAST

朝ごはん1

サラダ+ご飯+納豆+味噌汁: Salad + rice + natto + miso soup

ご飯 Rice
電子レンジで温めるだけ just need to microwave

味付けのり flavored nori pack

納豆、味噌汁 natto and miso soup (just add hot water)

サラダ Salad
毎日サラダ食べて。ドレッシングを買うように Try to eat salad or vegetables every day. Buy a dressing.

サラダ1:コーンサラダ corn salad: lettuce, cucumber, canned corn

サラダ2:海藻サラダ wakame salad
lettuce, cucumber, kanikama (crab meat), wakame (dried seaweed. need to be hydrated ). You can skip crab meat

サラダ3:かいわれサラダ kaiware tomato salad: kaiware and tomato

朝ごはん2

卵ほうれんそう+ご飯かパン+豆乳(とうにゅう)OR ヨーグルト+さらだかミニトマトやきゅうり
spinach omelette + rice or bread + soy milk or yogurt + mini tomato or cucumber

でんしレンジで作るオムレツ microwave spinach omelette
材料:卵1個、冷凍ほうれんそう 少し、水 大さじ2はい、塩、胡椒 Mix 1 egg, frozen spinach, 2 T water, salt and pepper. in a mug cup and mix well. Microwave for 1 minus (no wrap) and mix again.
マグカップにぜんぶ入れて、まぜて、そのままレンジ(600W)で1分20秒、まぜる。

とうにゅう(豆乳)とヨーグルト

アボカド丼+味噌汁 Avocado donburi + miso soup 
アボカド、醤油(しょうゆ)、マヨネーズをまぜて、ごはんとのりの上に、乗せる。たまごをのせても良い。
Mix avocado, soy sauce, mayo and put on rice and nori. You can add scallions and egg if you want.

パン+あんこ+バナナ: bread + azuki bean past + banana

ハムエッグトースト:パン+レタス+ハム+目玉焼き+マヨネーズ

納豆オクラ丼
ご飯+納豆+オクラ+のり+醤油: rice+natto+okura+nori+soy sauce
おくらは、レンジで1分 warp okura with plastic warp (or put paper towel) and microwave for 1 minute.

もち+醤油

昼ごはんLUNCH

1 ツナパスタ Tuna pasta
Cook pasta in microwave (5 minutes, mix and another 5 minutes) and add tuna and oil from the can, soy sauce and little bit mayo.
Pasta can be made a day before, and heat it up at the work.

2 鮭フレーク丼 salmon flake donburi

Make eggs in a mug cup just like spinach egg for breakfast.
This also can be made a day before and heat it up at the work.

3 スープとパン Soup and bread

My aunt is going to send you a soup instant mix. You just need to add hot water.

4 野菜のサンドイッチ vegetable sandwich
lettuce, tomato, cucumber, slice cheese and mayo
